Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same business day. Outside that window, orders ship the next business day. You'll receive tracking via email once the parcel is handed to our courier.

How long does shipping take?
Australia: 2–5 business days. New Zealand: 5–8 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

What if my size isn't available?
Sizes restock periodically. Email us at hello@bananalagoon.com with the product and size — we'll let you know when it's back or offer an alternative.

How do I care for my garment?
Care instructions are on each product page and on the internal tag of every garment. As a rule: cold wash, line dry, no tumble dryer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be changed — but you can always return for a refund once it arrives.
