We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Items purchased during sale events are final and not eligible for return unless faulty.

To start a return, email us at info@bananalagoon.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — for the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a new order.
